For the second tower with the seal on it containing a memory stone you can just use torrent to jump onto the top of the ride from the wall surrounding it, If you don’t have the gesture.

for the second converted tower all you have to do is jump on the decayed wall then jump to the platform walk up the stairs and then grab the memory stone you don’t need to make the ladder pop up
