Yes. Its true.
Hr asked my friends to resign and get salary upto notice period. But my friend ignored Hr and They didn't resign.
But within month itself they Terminated my friends who was on Bench.

I am myself a tcs employee and honestly they have destroyed my life and my career, they pressurize us to go 5 days a week to office and then blackmail us that if we dont go for 5 days then they will cut half of our salary, on top of that peanut increments every year and now I am struggling to pay my house rent, forget about parties and enjoyment, even basic household necessities have become a burden for me. I have planned to do MBA and I will bid goodbye to this company forever. Its a humble request to freshers, please think before joining these companies, I know job market is not that good but try going for product based or start ups, atleast you will earn more than these slavery IT companies.

I have completed all rounds of interview and hr sent salry breakup through mail for acknowledgement. I sent my acceptance for salary. Hr told they will release offer letter with in a week. But they didn't release, It's been four months.
I called hr many times they are saying it's on hold and it will take time.

Just to clarify Do you know that PF portal only allows marking Exit date if contribution is not done for last 2 months. This will prevent updating exit date and we have to contact previous employer to update the same.

I think that the problem of dual employment issue is not a real one and it is projected just to terminate the service of few employees. One person is joining a company after producing the relieving letter and experience letter from previous company. Then how can the company say about dual employment just because the non closure of previous PF account. More over there willnot be any contribution of monthly PF amount from the side of previous company after ones termination of service there. Then the argument of dual employment looks funny. So there are three ways to tackle the Convince the company authorities that there is no dual employment and it's just a silly mistake of non closure of PF. 2 If the company still stick to their arguments.... Quit the company and accept job in another company. 3 If didnot get a job in another company( 99℅ of you will get) Consult a good lawyer and file a petition in the court.

In June we got offer letter from TCS I have 4 years experience and my joining date is 14 August August 13 th I got call from hr and she told me we are postponed your joining date till now we are getting joining date and hr is saying now the process is in hold if we get update from business and corporate team I will ley you know .. we are jobless now please help me with this issue and.
