Imagine trying to tell someone they can’t exercise their rights as a citizen of their country 😂

Had one guy argue with me that because it’s a war crime to use expanding rounds in war, then it was illegal.
This smooth brained individual couldn’t figure out that as a CIVILIAN, I would not be engaging in WAR, thus no war crime.

As sun tzu once said... "speak softly and carry lots of hollow points"

Prosecutors use that as an excuse to put people in jail.

Judges too.

They're too corrupt to fix.

We need a new system.

Their prime purpose is to cause massive damage while also preventing collateral, also known as expanding rounds

It’s crazy that the people who have no idea about anything related to firearms, are the same ones trying to govern said firearms.

Actually in Jersey if you're caught with hollow points you're in trouble if you have them

And hollow points are really good for hunting for that same reason

Exactly, hollow points basically allow you to disarm or neutralize a threat without harming others around you, which is great for self defense.

In Italy they're illegal except for some guns/caliber, you can only use Fmj, lead cast rounds, ando some kind of soft points/range hp rounds.

The more efficient the tool is, the better it is.

I think the confusion comes from the fact that armor piercing handgun ammunition is illegal. I've even hear a vide where someone said hollow points are known as "cop killers" which is untrue and AP rounds are probably what they where thinking of because of the bullet proof vests many cops wear. If anything hollow points would be worse in that instance.

I thing part of it is because hollow points are illegal in war and it gives people this idea that they are illegal for civilians too. I held that belief until I got more into guns after high school

Bro my Mexican parents think owning an ar15 is illegal till I took my pops to the range, now he’s showing off my guns to his friends 😂

Hollow points are banned in war, and some people think citizens have to follow the rules of war, but those laws only apply in a war setting

They should repeal the law where you can only get full auto guns that are registered after 1986

The one round thats not technically illegal but can get you into a lot of trouble is RIP rounds. They are great for self defense, but for some reason the damn court system classified them as “overkill”

Not true sir. New Jersey it's a felony to have hollow points in your possession at any time. Not your house Not your car. Not your gun. Never or you will go to prison. You can't even cross the jersey line as a non resident with hollow points just passing through. Trust me I know this for a fact.
