Recordology Im currently spinning some jazz records on my at lp60x! The bass response on this is AMAZING! The jazz disk was also recorded of of REALLY high quality masters! #keeponspinning

I have two suitcase players that play good providing that your records and phonograph stylus are kept clean. If your record is poorly made, the playback quality will suffer regardless of what your equipment used to play records. You’re not going to get high quality sound from a crosley cruiser. If you want gorgeous sound save your money 💰 and get a turntable with a magnetic cartridge. Victrola and crosley have models that you can take with you that sound great. These units will set you back $129 US dollars and some of these you can connect an rca connector to a line level input on a radio and two (2) speakers. Talk about southern ingenuity!! Remember that $50 suitcase players are mid-fi sounding and are usually geared toward school aged children. Suitcase turntables are perfect for for your 5 or 6 year old grandson or daughter for his/ her first phonograph.

I use a crosley for beat up records and it works well it good for vintage stratched goodwill records i have a at lp60xbt for new records.

Can you do a review of the Victrola Journey+ Signature suitcase player? It looks to have features from the Revolution Go ported into it. It also claims to be the best sounding suitcase player. I want to know if there truly is a difference in sound quality compared to the standard Journey+.

Love your channel. The Glendale is the one I'd choose. Very much like our BSR, but checking on Ebay none come up over here. You didn't point out that it's the only one of the three that need's speakers and without a power amp just a pre amp those speakers will have to be active speakers. we had goodwill stores over here🙂

The power plug on your Glenburn changer is actually a Hubbell, not Edison. Harvey Hubbell invented the plug in the early 1900s, originally to mate with an adapter that screwed into a light socket. Technically, it is identified as a NEMA 1-15P, or IEC Type A. The company that Hubbell started all those years ago still makes electrical fittings today.
