Thank you for a very comprehensive review of the ferns. I don’t believe I have heard anyone provide such an in-depth review of all the features of these ferns. Thank you also for the tip about planting the ferns around spring, flowering bulbs! What a great idea. 🥰🌸🇨🇦

Noelle. I was thinking of adding ferns to my hosta garden but they are growing so large already I better think of another location. Thanks for your extensive and informative video on ferns that has been very helpful! Have a nice weekend!

Ferns are my favorite! They always look good, they ask for nothing, and nothing eats them. Royal fern, Japanese painted, autumn, Christmas, sensitive and holly ferns are in my garden. I need to add some of the other ones you feature here—they’re gorgeous!

Love ferns! I wish i could get a hold of some of the ferns you had. Here in Oregon zone 8b I've not been able to find any new varieties.

I've been replacing my hosta with ferns because of all the deer damage to the hosta. They've been great, but my approach has been pretty willy-nillly. Thanks for the overview! I've got a much better idea of the the types of ferns to be looking for in the different areas of our landscape.

You didn't show the fern I'm most curious about -- Macho Ferns.
Big box store was selling them this year and I purchased two, and they don't disappoint, huge growth habit with large leaves. I have no idea how they will overwinter outdoors, or if they're woody or evergreen.
