How Walmart conducts there business to get lowest price. This is just unbelievable information I have found on Walmart after hours of research! I Do have notes that Iam reading from to get the correct information to you all. Please comment on your take of Walmart, Good for the average person or Killing our country, and do you every see Walmart going out? or our they just to big now!

Yap, I had a trucker came in for a load where I worked at about 5 years ago. He said he went up north to pick up a load of hams for Walmarts. That business told him that walmarts tells them what they want and what they are going to pay. So that company added 30% more water for weight, less ham just to make make a profit on the deal. So we are getting screwed too.

Being from Arkansas, I have all kinds of mixed feelings about Walmart. It’s hard because the other stores can’t beat their prices on most things, and when you’re low income, you have to try to get the most bang for your buck. However, their ethics definitely don’t align with mine, and they have too much control over our state. They even brought in a Walton for Arkansas’ “Back to Business” program when coming out of lockdown. With Walmart, Tyson, JB Hunt, etc, Arkansas shouldn’t be as poor as we are, either, but we are.

I’m old enough to remember back in the day, Walmart was a strong proponent of made in the USA. I still have some of those item! Now, it’s a rarity in Walmart to see made in USA. What a difference a few decades makes 😢

Sam Walton is rolling in his grave. He wanted an all American made store. His Children and grandchildren destroyed that dream as soon as he was in the ground.

I keep up to date with the prices of every place. I know Walmart isn't the cheapest. I try to avoid them at all costs and keep my business locally

This is so true. And actually as an avid shopper, TJMaxx, Marshall's abd Homegoods, are much cheaper on home items. I have found lots of stores have lower or comparable prices. I use to love going into the different Walmarts. Always finding something different. Not anymore. Can't stand going in.

People would be so surprised at what and how Walmart conducts its business, people has no clue on what they are all about, but once you work for them its a hole different story. And how they treat their employees. When they have a re-model they do that purposely to get u to come in, once u are in the store u have to wonder around to find the item u want- then u might think- well i need this, that or whatever, its a ploy to get you to buy more and more in the store, thats one of their lil tricks. They have many tricks up their sleeves that they use.
