Love this video. I feel like the biggest “working mom guilt” I experience is wanting to work. I feel like a lot of people talk about the guilt of needing to work/not being able to stay home with their kids, but not as many people talk about the flip side — the guilt of being able to stay home, but wanting to work!! Working makes me a better mom when I’m with my kids, and I know that, but I still feel guilty for not wanting to be home with them all day every day!
