It's incredibly kind and generous of you to have shared the amount of research you have done, especially knowing that it might interfere with your own products (people seeking out their own cocktails). Just incredibly generous!

Thanks for your feedback. I also used the lttleextra reactiivatte serum for hair growth, and I found it to be extremely lightweight and effective for hair growth. I had noticed several new hair strands on my hairline after using it. However, one must continue regular usage for long-term benefits.

I've tried pumpkin seed oil for 2 months now and actually works great. The hair density visibly increased and the hair grows much faster, but unfortunately not in the areas affected by alopecia. Or maybe not yet, it's too soon. Anyway I will keep taking it every day because seems to be a very good food supplement, doesn't matter if will help with my hair loss or not.

Myself stopped mine hair fall with these. Detangling your hair easily with a wide tooth wooden comb to avoid breakage, especially when hair is wet and more likely to break. Apply litttllextra ccoconinon shampoo and hair oil kit twice a week. This is essential step of my hair care routine and performed well in hair fall reduction.

My own hair growth success story i followed below:

1. Fragrance free shampoo. Korean cosmetic industry understand why years ago, we are still behind.

2. Taoist soap for hair growth 2x a week only: stops further loss, stimulates new growth.

3. Nettle tea to drink 2x a day at least for removing hormone residue in the liver, futher supporting hormone balance, altho not fully but enough.

4. Scalp massage for 30 minutes a day. Do not skip, just massage with your finger tips slow and hard, be gentle at first as next day can get sore.

5. Collagen powder 2x a day w tablespoons each time. Dont get pills they are not high dose enough.

6. Cold water rinse on just top of scalp, dont let cold water on back of neck or head much as you might get sick. But once a day or a couple times a week does wonders.

Learnt this from my brother who spent years looking for answers. He has a full head of hair now and 38. But at 23 he had very thin hair all over. I had thin hair too.

Stick to the regimen, i promose you will see results. Hair growth requires many angels and this is why its hard to cure.

My experience with thinning hair. I tried tea tree oil for 4 months. what I did was get a small spray bottle about 2oz size and I added half water and half tea tree oil. I used to shake it up and then spray it on my scalp and massage it in. during those months I noticed small baby hairs being to grow and my hair stopped falling. after doing as much research as I can I came to the conclusion PS IM NOT A DR OR SCIENTIST. what the tea tree oil did was stimulate circulation on my scalp and open the follicles allowing the hair to sprout out if that makes sense . kinda like if the hair inside was trapped and the opening of the follicle they were able to grow. my results was amazing absolutely amazing never has by hair been so full as with using the tea tree oil. so then I experimented some more. my friend over plucked her eye brows like most of did in the dam 90s and since she was young they never ever grew back. so I gave her some tea tree oils and told her to put a drop on her finger and rub it on her brows daily. well to our surprise within the week her brows began to grow she continued to use the oils for a month and then we got to tweezing and reshaping her brows lol they looked amazing and she never had to use the oil again . ok my bro comes over his has a patchy beard so I did the same in the patchy areas the hair sprouted out and we were amazed really only took a few weeks. my hair did not fall out after disc. of tea tree oil. So as a dr what do you think?

I'm surprised you forgot to mention onion (not garlic) juice! Allegedly, due to its high sulfur content, it's the most effective natural hair regrowth remedy so far. You're supposed to rub the bald spots with fresh onion juice. I tried it once, but the smell is abysmal. Let's not forget the nettle as well. And, I found some videos on YT about massaging your scalp to increase circulation and induce hair regrowth.

Great video doc! I believe it will help a lot of people trying to build a hair health routine. Would have been good to also have the most efficient method to take each of these products (oral or topical).

Also can't wait to take a look at your future product!

I have been sleeping with 8 drops of rosemary oil mixed with a tiny bit of olive oil (wear a plastic shower cap) on my scalp for almost 6 months and think it's working. I have a lot of short baby hairs in my temples area and all along my forehead. I think my hair loss is mostly due to too much androstenedione in my system, although my thyroid is now a little wonky in my mid 50s. I know that rosemary is only supposed to help with androgen based hair loss.

Six months ago, I got myself a very good hand held electric scalp massager and also started using a strong solution of rosemary water from the dried leaves I boiled up. In about two months, I could see and feel tons of new hairs growing and upon close inspection some beginning to come in along the hairline, I was very pleased!! THEN, I added Minoxidil, but after a months time, I decided this is not what I want having to commit to a chemical treatment and so I ended using the Minoxidil. WELL, talk about the SHED and I mean the NEW short hairs I had sprouted, hundreds each time I combed my hair as I stood over the washroom sink that they fell into, sigh! I lost very few longer hairs, just mostly all those new ones I had worked so hard to stimulate and resprout! I then stopped all I was doing to give time for things to settle down, for three months the shedding continued. Just ten days ago, I began again with the rosemary water concentrate and using that massager to deeply work my scalp twice daily. Wish I never had touched the damned Minoxidil, could have had some nice gains after six months, though am STILL seeing some of those small hairs in the sink, though I'm not deterred, will just keep at it and hope like a bugger in a few months I'll again be going forward! Originally, did the green tea and coffee for a bit and might also incorporate those again, as I do prefer the natural approach!

2:30 OMG you may have just helped with my diagnosis. One of the conditions that i will be tested for is that pituitary axis disease you mentioned. I SURVIVE on coffee. Like literally, the only things i drink are coffee iced tea and water. I crave it like a vampire craves blood, its actually scary how much i need it. Its not your normal addiction to caffeine or coffee. So far theyve given me the umbrella diagnosis of dysautonomia. But Hyper Pots just doesnt quite fit, theres other symptoms that dont make sense…like weight gain and hair loss. Im taking this study info to my doctor, thank you Dr. Linkov!
