my daughter wanted an ice cream maker for her birthday....1) don't have the money 2) they don't sell them where I live, outside you came to the rescue and I can make her some ice cream and show her the video :-) thank you so much!

i appreciate this video on making ice cream without an ice cream machine. A lot of times we purchase items to make our lives easier, but don't ask ourselves how often will be using that item. I prefer to find alternatives vs having a bunch of items underneath my kitchen sink that I use once in a blue moon, that money could have gone to something that will be used frequently. Great video.

Wow! It took me 6 years to get my eyes on this video. I made the first recipe. After 2 days in the freezer it's better than store bought. I'm gonna try it with less fat next time. Thanks😋

I remember making it with the bag and salt method when I was in grade school but that was about 45 years ago so thank you for providing the processes. PERFECT!

I like making turkish coffee ice cream. I basically brew coffee in the milk and cream used in my ice cream and then freeze it. I like the little crunchy bits of coffee left in the ice cream. I also make peppermint ice cream and chocolate ice cream. Sometime I like to make Mocha mint Ice cream which I simply add all the flavors mentioned . If i feel like making a sundae i will simply make a caramel sauce and add a little cocoa powder and whip some of the cream

I had the ingredients on hand and quick as a bunny jumped up and made a batch. One quart of whipping cream and one can of sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter and some candy turned into three quarts of yummy ice cream!!!! Vanilla extract, too, by the way. Thanks!

Wow! I just tried making peanut butter ice cream using the 2 ingredient method without a machine. I didn't even use a mixer, just whisked by hand. Gotta say it came out exceptionally delicious. I'm totally floored. Thank you much for this video! Can't wait to try more favors. I'm thinking coffee next. <3 <3 <3

I use the two ingredient method often and came up with an idea you might like-PB and J Sandwich. Stir in swirls of peanut butter, chopped peanuts(unless you use crunchy or prefer it smooth), dollops of your favorite jelly or jam and several tablespoons of wheat germ. Tastes like a sandwich and a cold glass of milk!

I accidentally made a ice cream when I made frosting. I put 4 oz butter, 1 organic sweetened condensed milk and coco powder. It tasted like ice cream to me, so I put it in the freezer. And it was delicious. So now I want to make my own ice cream lol
Gonna try the first recipe (since it's like the one I accidentally made haha)

I used homemade sweetened condensed milk which I found is quite challenging to prepare. First I dissolved about 3/4 cup of sugar in a cup of milk and brought it to a boil, then turned down the heat to slow simmering until half of the water was evaporated as it appeared to be gooey and light yellow. Then I let it cool down and put it in the fridge overnight. The problem was, the next day I found the liquid was completely hardened into a brown toffee-like substance. I had to add about a tablespoon of milk and let it dissolve and soften in it. I even used a hand mixer to break it up. This ingredient really took me a lot of effort and time to make.
