I’m over here still in my season of #summerdesserts ! This one is a brilliant recipe created by Nigella Lawson. This NO CHURN COFFEE ICE CREAM is unreal! It requires just 4 ingredients and only takes 10 minutes of active prep time. Trust me! You’ll want to make this one.

Cook Time: 0 minutes

Ingredients:
1 ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons Kahlua
2 tablespoons instant espresso powder
7 ounces sweetened condensed milk

Instructions:
1. Add the heavy whipping cream to a stand mixer and using the whisk attachment, whisk until stiff peaks form.
2. Add the remaining ingredients. Whisk to combine.
3. Pour into an airtight container.
4. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
