I hope that this video helps you to run GTA VCS PC mod, In case if this trick doesn't work on your PC then try running your gta vcs pc game with different compatibility modes.
For Example: You can change the compatibility mode to Windows Service Pack 3 or Windows 7/8 and then run the game.

hey i did everythink you did and tested all the other options but always if i try to get on the bike after i get on it my game crash with this .dmp fail

i do with dep but says this program must run with dep enabled you cannot turn off for this program

i try again and it working but in missions shakedown the fatal error happend again

then i run but fatal error and removed gta sa.exe
