GTA Vice City Stories - PSP VS PS2 [Text video]

Differences between PS2 and PSP versions of Grand Theft Auto Vice City Stories.
This is a remastered version of my older video; it is done from scratch, it is improved and what is more importantly, it has more new differences.

The original PS2 resolution is 480i(NTSC) and 576i(PAL).
●All PSP footage was captured in 1080p through PPSSPP emulator.
The original PSP resolution is 480x272.

I find it really ironic how gta 3 is the first 3D universe game but chronologically it takes place last, but Vice city stories is the last 3D universe game but chronologically it takes place first.

Please *DON"T* compare the graphics in this video. Both of these games were played on various emulators. That's why the picture on PS2 looks rather dull.

Fun fact: it is actually possible to run and aim with certain small guns in the PSP version. Just start running and get into aiming mode without stopping. You will be running in one direction only, but that is still very useful, and you do get to choose what direction to run in, of course.

I can't help but noticed you didn't point out that the PSP version almost ALWAYS has your car missing from the garage but it's fixed on the PS2 version. No one points that out.

If you guys haven't noticed in both versions, they had car reflections. It actually reflects some stuffs like the lamp posts.

For whatever reason I always got the "stories" version of these games as a *kid* lol. I wonder if my mom thought "stories" meant I wouldn't be blowing shit up.. Or maybe she didn't really care. I never ended up getting GTASA tho, only played it at friends houses..
But I did have VCS on PSP and ho-ly shit it was the best ever as a teenager. Going on a road trip? Play some gta...
Man, the PSP was soo far ahead of its time. I honestly wish they'd bring something back like that. I would much rather have that, than these garbage mobile games today.
