I missed to notice the "MOD" written on the video label and began watching this video thinking it was the original game and I was like OMG how did I never know this!!! until I saw Ken meeting Diaz which made me think this was a MOD.

Well...the captions lore-wise don't make any sense, Ken sounds more like CJ than as Ken Rosenberg.
Second, Ken's betrayal wouldn't make any sense because as coke addicted as he is, he is hired by Sonny to organize the botched deal. Also, all throughout the game, the thought of Forelli family going after him makes him restless and anxious, and his cowardice also goes post-Vice City events (ex. San Andreas), so it's unlikely that he would carry a gun on him (he can't even intimidate a child, and he tried).
