Broo I use cuticle nipper to remove my fibrous papule but I use nipper I put it in the hot water first 😢then when I finish put the cuticle nipper I use a clean cloth to make the cuticle nipper cold when I finish do that I starting using cuticle nipper to cut the fibrous papule 😢😢😢😢 I thought it is safe my god help me
