Sounds and looks like you're jet pump has cavitation, the engine sounds great, check the wear ring and the impeller for damage or excessive clearances and replace as necessary but great job! I've been invested in watching this build for quite a while, Congrats!

I've learned a little bit on those things with Cleetus running those jet boats. There's a ring that goes around the impeller that it has to be very tight around clearance is an issue. Wear rings and a lot more goes into the system than I ever imagined.
