That is not a 2.5 bedroom apartment....if a client is willing to spend £6m for a three bedroom apartment...id start by finding 3 bedroom apartments not this. Client would be annoyed

Counter proposition: your client gives Me a million or two, and I'll spent it vastly more enjoyably than he will to acquire that smallish place with a grim view staring at/being stared at by an industrial office-like building opposite.

The open layout is nice. But I don’t understand why many open layout spaces go : kitchen, living and dining like in the video. I think the dining should be right next to the kitchen. Instead of having to walk past the living room
