Stream my NEW SINGLE "She's Mine" here🙈

Tourette's syndrome is a neurological condition and disability which causes involuntary movements called tics. I use my platforms on social media such as TikTok, YouTube and Instagram to advocate and raise awareness for the condition and show what it is like living with a disability as a teen in school.
My name is Zara Beth (zeezee25 on tiktok) and I post videos about tics, tic disorders and what its like to be a teen living with Tourette's syndrome, Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) and a seizure disorder (NEAD/NES).
I show what its like having tics and Tourettes in class and in school and college, vlog, and I also bake, do other challenges and answer all your questions in Q and A videos.
I am also an ambulatory wheelchair user so I show what life looks like using various mobility aids and how needs change from day to day!
I am also a musician! My newest release is my first single (original song) called "She's Mine" which is now available on all streaming services - I sing and play piano, guitar, ukulele and I write, produce, mix and master all my own songs and content myself!

I just randomly fainted in my shower. Don’t know why or how but it made me so much more respectful of people who go through this. Keep your head up

Something to consider:
Often times, with physical and mental disabilities/disorders, it’s more likely that if you have one disorder you have more than one. Some people are like woah, you can’t have that many issues, you must be faking, but when your brain and body are wired differently, lots of things can change

As soon as my panic attacks happen those words “I don’t feel good” everyone around me knows what it means. I’m glad it’s gotten better for you, and that you have support around you.

I have POTS and FND so I know exactly how you feel, I used to faint 7-12 times a day but now it's only twice. I'm glad you're spreading awareness about your conditions. I also have tics because of FND so I kind of know what that's like but I'm glad you show what it's like for people like us in the daily life cause I wish I could do that:)

Man, I wish we could help more with these problems. People aren't aware that they happen and then refuse to believe it when it's right in front of them. I myself get severe panic attacks that affect my breathing, movement, and emotional state. I'm glad to see people who are willing to share the problems that people go threw and spread awareness to society. Honestly, some people nowadays need to learn to respect people with their own issues.

Fainting feels awful. It’s not like just falling asleep. My heart goes out to you. I faint from panic attacks and hypoglycemia, so thankfully it doesn’t happen often and can usually be controlled.

I'm so sorry I pass out occasionally from a heart condition and it's really scary. I always feel it coming as well. My face gets really hot and I get nauseous and dizzy n everything gets dark and spinny and sometimes I see dots everywhere and then I go down and sometimes I'm out for half hr or more. The worst part is you never know when so you can be anywhere. We got this girl!!! 💪🏼❤️

I’ve passed out once. As a grown man, it scared the shit out of me. Respect to you. Hopefully they get fewer and further apart until it doesn’t happen anymore! I can’t imagine!!!

I had an uncle who had episodes like that. He could feel it coming on, he had such a hard time with it. It sucks but I'm glad you share and shine a light on it; it helps educate others ❤

I’d never have the courage to film my self in such a vulnerable position

I feel so bad for you! I only have mild (very mild) anxiety and it's enough for me to respect how much respect you and all the others should get! It's not very hard to understand, you just gotta take the time to learn about it to respect those who have to deal with it

You’re so strong for spreading awareness about this and educating people!! And you’re also so strong for having to get through this every day. You’re a very beautiful, resilient and brave person, Zara, keep doing what you’re doing!

I'll never forget cracking my head on the dry wall/floorboard, casually walking out of my room, standing straight up at 6'3". No pain but I felt and heard it before I was all the way out, lol

I really admire how calm you stay during it. I have fainting episodes as well and whenever I feel it coming on I usually have an acute stress reaction and end up moving to fast and falling pretty hard. Its lead to a cracked skull, broken jaw, fractured eye socket, a number of concussions and bumps etc. I'm a lot better at controlling it now, but its still pretty inspiring to see how you handle yourself in the moment
