Still in my opinion the best trailer for a movie ever made. Without giving away the plot or dialogue the trailer neatly sells the visuals and tension of the film. Giving you the film's tone without sacrificing plot or idalogue. Modern trailer makers should watch and learn.

It's weird how the worn out look of the footage actually adds to the tension. Kind of like that game "Silent Hill."

I remember seeing this teaser trailer when I saw the movie Back To School in 1986. The trailer scared the crap out of me.

Even today, almost 40 years later, this trailer gives me goosebumps. I wish I could go back in time, and watch it for the first time again. The audience reaction was epic!

I saw this before watching Gremlins in a theater in Stockholm 1985, I do recall liking the movie but only remembering the trailer, where i was sitting locally etc but only during this teaser.
Aliens is my favorite movie of all time and will always be.

Looking back must have been late 85-> mid 86.

Great teaser. But they shouldn't have shown the Queen. She's the big reveal/twist of the movie and should have stayed absent from any trailers.

Is my favorite ALL TIME movie. July of 86, I was 8 years old, pact movie theater, late New York City night, the movie never let down, this is when movies gave you nightmares.

I love the color temperature of this Teaser. Kinda wish the HD transfer had it.
