Flew with them from AMS to DXB in Business last year using an error fare for about 450€. It was my first ever Business Class experience and they certainly set the bar quite high for everyone else to follow.
Incredible crew, great onboard product and pretty good catering as well!

Flew with Saudi Airlines more than 50+ times and every time the experience gets better and better. Never had one negative thing to say about.

In the past 12 months, I have flown both SAUDIA economy from LHR-JED and Emirates economy from LHR-DXB. Both were excellent experiences, and with no surprise, Emirates came on top with the world leading ICE entertainment system, and great meals. However, I found to be the meal quality of SAUDIA to be just as good, if not better in some aspects, and the crew to be equally caring and helpful. Some aspects where SAUDIA even beats Emirates in my opinion are that they served warm bread from a basket, had little table cloths (!!) and even amenity kits in economy on a 6h day time flight! I hear EK don’t even do that in business class! While Emirates still had the better experience, the price difference is often huge, and for often a lot less, I’d be more than happy to fly SAUDIA in the future, connecting in the now lovely King Abdulaziz airport in Jeddah, which can even offer a more intimate and seem less connection that the mammoth DXB.

From Philippines to Amsterdam flight is a long flight but I can say that Saudia airline is amazing. Their crews are very accommodating and the service was good. And also the foods are delicious even I'm in economy class🥰

I flies with them from Dubai to Jiddah in economy was a good experience and service as well meal presentation was great better then the last leg on Air Canada to Dubai on 13 hours flight. Later Jiddah to Islamabad was better as well.

Waiting to see the downhill part because I’ve always wondered about Saudia. Anyways a recommendation I have is to fly Condor Business, it pairs nicely with the A330-900NEO. It’s absolutely amazing and I highly recommend it and I think you will like it.

Flew with Saudia this summer from London to Jeddah the experience was lovely from Jeddah to Bangladesh it was shockingly bad service!

The planes they use for flying to South East Asia and other Asian countries are not the same as the ones they use for the Europe and American Flights. I am not sure if this is intentional but they value the American/European more than they value the Asian/African people. It is a sad reality.

From CGK to JED economy class meal use closed box like kosher meal. 2 times meal service with Indonesian and Arabic menus.
