My top self care tip is making sure that at least once a week I make time to voice record myself for at least 30mins voicing out how I feel and what I need

My top self care tip: Journal as much as possible in a week, reflecting on each day; what i did right (to celebrate) and where i can improve. Also just to take note of how certain things made me feel, because with the busy lives we live today we tend to get so occupied that we forget what or why exactly we are in a certain mood at the end of the day. So understanding the dynamics of how something or someone made me feel helps me know what i like and don't appreciate.

My self care tip is actually watching my favourite youtubers or catching up on my favourite series. It somewhat calms me and puts me in a good mood if I am going through things.

My top tip would have to be self acceptance and being honest with yourself . Self acceptance is one of the things that most South Women struggle with and is very powerful. When you start accepting who you are, how you're built and so on, life becomes much easier and confidence becomes 2 natural.Being honest with yourself means you acknowledge the fact that something hurt you and if it makes you wanna, you let it out. It also means you acknowledge your strengths and weakness and being ok with them So for me SELF ACCEPTANCE and being HONEST WITH YOURSELF 💖

One of my main forms of self care is taking care of my plants. It sounds weird but I have such a strong attachment to them. So keeping my plants and flowers healthy and fed, feels like a form of meditation to me

I struggled with my mental health at the beginning of this year. It was something very new to me and I didn't know what to do. I tried many different things like taking myself out for dates, retail therapy but those didn't seem to work. But my top self-care tip, which is what eventually worked for me, is to speak to someone, preferably an adult or someone wiser than you are who will guide through your emotions and help you get out of feeling sad the whole time. The sooner you do this, the sooner you can tackle the issue before it gets worse. Remember, you are loved, you are beautiful and you are worthy of all good things in this world.

My favourite self care tip: is to unwind and listen to good music through meditating. I feel like meditation helps with many things as it relaxes the body and also the mind from all the thoughts that stresses us. Meditation = positivity 😊❤

On a daily before going to bed I always reflect on my day and how I’m feeling and journal it down and I try to read a book(now I’m reading The monk who sold his Ferrari). I journal so much that I’m almost done with my second journal this year 😕😭. Also taking a social media detox once in a while also helps. I take journaling as a form of meditating. So yeah

My number one self care tip is: its not always easy but do it anyway. self-care is a form of self-love and its a journey. its easy to go back to your bad habits and maintaining new habits is even harder BUT do it still.

Also I really just make it a priority every Sunday to just light some candles, burn some incense sticks and take a warm bubble bath with some Jhene Aiko and Green tea🥰🥰 (I highly recommend this! 10/10!!)

My go to activities when I feel sad or need some self-care is to: take a nap, put on a face mask and have a very loud gospel music session in my room.

my top self care tip is having solitude, reflect and journal my thoughts and experiences. oh defintely with a bit of sunday blues playing softly in the background and on good days i'll have on my favorite oatmeal mask from lush! pssht maybe a glass of white wine too! 🥺😍 LOVED this segment bokang ♥️

My self care tip is talking a breath and meditating! I love taking a step back to recalibrate because it gives me time to think about things from a more calm perspective. LOVED this video by the way!!! Great content!!!😄😄😄😄💞
