The reason the ultramarine dreadnought bodied one is cuz it's a Redemptor, Redemptor Dreads are the newest type of dreadnought and are stronger than normal dreadnoughts, though this burns out the pilot quicker leading to a much shorter lifespan of only a few hundred years
Edit: since alot of people are yapping I'll just state the big thing people have been talking about.
Hell brutes are easier to kill than normal dreadnoughts because they are so insane dodging and baiting them is easy, and they have their flesh and head sticky out of the metal body, making them easier to kill.

One of my favourite dreadnoughts is Bjorne the felhanded, not just because he’s the oldest loyalist in the imperium who fought beside his primarch and the alfather but also because he’s different to the other space marines, like during the negotiations at the end of the months of shame he commented on a female fenrysian inquisitors beauty while the grey knight accompanying her wonders if she is as he didn’t notice

For context: Astartes within Helbrute bodies are kept awake... for Hundreds or even THOUSANDS of years. They need to be chained in the deepest pits of Chaos ships to limit the damage they can do to anything around them.

The Thousand Sons hellbrutes are even worse.
They don't have space marines with physical bodies to put into a dreadnaught due to the rubric of ahriman... so they simply kidnap coerce or purchase chaos marines from other warbands and just inter them into a dreadnaught against their will.
Every hellbrute or dreadnaught created after the rubric was cast, is originally from a chapter other than the thousand sons.

You’re also forgetting that Hellbrute Pilots don’t need to be Chaos Space Marines. They can be normal humans, who failed to please the Dark Gods. So in addition to that, they have weaker minds than Space Marines, so they go absolutely insane way faster. They’re also sometimes pumped with pain stimulants, and most have Butchers Nails, further filling them with agony quelled by rage and hence, even more insanity and brutality.

I recall a Night Lord being put into a Dreadnought much to his annoyance. I forgot his name, but it was either during or post Heresy. Anyways this guy had clobbered a Blood Angels captain, but that guy was also slapped into a Dreadnought. The hilarious thing is these two would fight AGAIN when the Blood Angels made a raid on the Night Lords ship, and both would die... Only for the Night Lord guy to be revived a second time, which pissed him off even more

Sometimes the pilots are taken out of the helbrutes if the machine is damaged and the warband doesn't have a spare, and in this case the astartes is pretty much just hung up in a dark room and left to scream to themselves, until a replacement can be found. Given that chaos marines can't generally make new helbrutes, that could be some time.

Helbrutes are not nearly as powerful as dreadnoughts because of why they exist. Helbrutes are tortured and forced to be driven mad as more of a punishment, whereas it is only an honour to become an honoured battle-brother in control of a dreadnought. One is loved, the other is treated like trash.
