It's actually illegal to "trick" or coerce someone into signing a document that they don't understand. While the contract could simply be nullified due to you not having the legal cognisance to ensure that the signing was done in a legal fashion the overt and obvious deceptive element with the coin implies an intent to deceive and defraud. Using the video and stat decs from the parents a claim could be made, damages woudl be ... interesting to calculate.

Of course the sister could then settle by having you sign an agreement that she is the better sibling, a perfectly legal option.
