After that Russian pay in FULL (money, labor, compensation for damages) to the Ukrainians for all the damages caused by the Russian military.

I am one of those who honestly believe negotiations are always better than nothing because no matter what happens, there is always a possibility of a breakthrough. This is a rare case however where negotiating makes no sense. Putin cannot be believed or trusted even to a minuscule degree. I completely agree with the speaker that Ukraine needs to win on the battlefield first, then negotiate from a position of strength. A position that includes retaking both Crimea and the separatist regions.

Perfectly reasonable that Russia should be fined for the destruction in Ukraine. Perfectly reasonable that the money that has been seized from oligarchs be given to Ukraine to rebuild. The generals and soldiers who have killed civilians should be tried for war crimes. All very reasonable and very necessary.. The Ukrainian people deserve justice.
