"The Future Of A Past Life" is certainly one of the heavier tracks on "Blood & Glitter", which makes it a banger in each and every setlist, and yet still it offers a perfect summary of all the elements that make the whole album so addictive and outstanding. The seductive 80's vibe is more than apparent even despite the obliterating growls, the chorus is insanely catchy and has been stuck in my mind ever since you surprised us with the release at the end of 2022, and the powerful guitars add exactly the right flavour to complement Chris' and especially Marcus' voice. A true metal masterpiece with a message everyone can identify with - and even though it's absolutely inevitable to rock out to this superhit, the lyrics still make the listener contemplate and potentially shed tears. This is the true essence of LOTL - a mélange of being the most fascinating force and still being sophisticated and elaborate at the same time!🖤✨️🙏

And do I even need to say that you look gorgeously stylish in this video that is a total feast for the eyes? Well, I think no-one needs to emphasize that LOTL are the best looking and best sounding band worldwide, because it's obvious at first sight and first listen.😉❤️ Guys, thank you for giving so much meaning to our lives and for working on so many videos - no other band puts such an unimaginable effort into the creation of regular visual releases, and we are all deeply thankful for the magic you have been offering us in all the recent months. I don’t care what people say, this is by far my favourite LOTL album. It’s mature, enganging, glam rock-ish, and the lyrics are very good, you can feel the different kind of ‘vibes’ it has from the past albums. I really want them to continue to go to this route, but it wouldn’t be a LOTL record if it sounded like the previous works.
