Start with the kettlebell between your legs
Squat down, and pick it up
Do not stand all the way back up, remain in a squatted position
Start to build momentum by passing the kettle to your other hand between your legs
Swing it around your leg, and back through
Pass it back to the other hand, and keep following through with the momentum
Around the leg through the legs, over, and over
After a set number of rotations around, or time reverse direction
Try your best not to slow to a complete stop when changing direction
