Diving Float & Rig Cord: Back to Basics

A diving float and rig cord are very important pieces of equipment for Spearo's everywhere. In this video we explain why and also quickly show you how to setup your own rig cord using Ski Rope which is a strong and inexpensive alternative to buying one straight from a dive shop. All you need is some ski rope to your desired length, a couple of shark clips, an eye popper (slide/speed bar) and a cigarette lighter.

My old man started spearfishing at the age of 12 in the early 70's and i took up spearing at the same age in the late 90's. We are starting to make a "back to basics" video series to show that going diving doesn't have to be expensive.

I'm picking up the pace for Schmidt-Head Productions and I'm open to suggestions on other spearo topics and constructive feedback as to what could be improved.
