Anyone got a clue why this does not work for me? I had these setting on during beta and it worked fine, after full release the game looks the same even when I change the values to 16 from 256/1024. The file has the values 16, seems like somehting is overwritting it

you need to turn off the read only, make the settings in config, and turn on the read only

they small update for limit number for decals character, so can't use under 256.
