Next time try the Sky Club by A6. It’s smaller but much quieter and relaxed. Also there is a shuttle bus taking you to the B gates.

Two observations from watching the video - first, the skyclub lines are why Delta is limiting access moving forward - there are just too many people who now have access to the skyclub. This has caused quite a stir with the Delta faithful. Second, we just flew this product from SLC to DCA - the seats are okay, but my issue was getting in and out of the seat - the little table and cubby hole near the floor make access more difficult than it should be if you are at the window. Great review as always.

Looks pretty impressive other than the lounge experience and a 45 minute taxi ! you can fly to Amsterdam from London Southend in about the same time 😉, but that aside a good review and great to see another new Airbus in the Delta fleet.

They’re adding the same first class seats, and adjustable headrests on every seat, to the 737-800 fleet, slowly but surely: a well needed upgrade that we waited maybe a bit too long for. Those were starting to feel a bit dated. They’ll never be quite A321 NEO level with that fancy mood lighting, but at least they get the new inflight entertainment system.

Just flew this plane a couple of days ago. The IFE system has Bluetooth connectivity built in, no need for, your adapter. Available in First class only for now, but FA says that it will also be available in other classes later. Worked fine though it took me several attempts to link.

Biggest complaint (in my experience, and in the general consensus) is that these seats are not nearly as padded as they should be for First Class... I miss D1 on the routes this plane has replaced. Sadness :(
