In Marathi language, the official language of Marathi folks and that of Government of Maharashtra in the state of Maharashtra, India, the noun HAAK means shout somebody's name to call for attention of person who could be standing at a distance, away from caller, may be standing in group and is visible to caller. In situations where person is not visible to caller and caller wants look for that invisibile person, he or she may shout the name of invisibile person. This call is also known as HAAK in Marathi. Surprisingly the Haka is also a call. What a coincidence, miles and miles away and in two distant continents.
