Principal Nodal Officers also dodge the complain they give answers by passing on to their fellow person's without maintaining one to one communication to avoid relevant questions. They behave like hand in glove with the bank branch. So hope should be from Bank Ombudsman .

A complaint was filed and registered in RBI ombudsman against SBI Bank branch after following proper steps regarding opening/ transfer of joint savings bank account with forged signatures without acknowledge. But sorry to say that after many months, the complaint was closed in a single line message without giving any reason

Thanks for the details. Is there a time limit for waiting between these levels? For example, if I made a complaint to the bank in level 1, for how long I should wait to move to level 2 of complaining to a nodal officer?
