Wild Garlic Butter tastes delicious. If you live near the woods lucky you. You can just go for a walk and pick along. But at least I've got a supplier close by (my mother-in-law's house). It's really easy to make and they last for a long time (I keep mine in the freezer until needed).

Making butter or pesto is a super easy and great fun, perfect to store in the freezer past the season finishing.

Keep this butter to hand to
- sautee with vegetables (spring greens / spinach is great)
- sautee with mushrooms for garlic mushrooms
- add to toast for garlic bread
- add to our jacket potato
- fry your egg using this butter :)
