I suffer from PTSD due to the abuse and other atrocities I faced for the first 16-17 years of my life, my sleep is disturbed by vivid and oftentimes dark and twisted dreams that invade my every insecurites like a plague, they make me feel hurt, unwelcome, unwanted and unloved, those dreams were the bane of my existence, but this music has been helping aswell as the others like it, I sleep a bit easier, my dreams are often brighter, it helps I have someone who loves me in my life now, but this helps me sleep too.

Just know despite what you may face In life, it gets better, you don't always have to suffer, make it better for yourself, find or make your light
