As someone who is a trauned dancer you never turn out your toes in first position. You always lead with the heel and turn out from the hip. Otherwise you risk serious knee injuries.

It’s a good class however I question the use of weights (health & safety ) issues due to not wearing substantial footwear in this part of the routine, should you or someone drops one.

Les Mills gym licensing fee are getting ridiculously high for China. As a result, many gyms have to opt out and thousands of members who have been taking Les Mills classes for years now move on to other classes. Les Mills you play yourself

Where is the barre? This looks like a dance workout and not ballet barre. People at home, go to a video real barre workout. If you are at home you can use a chair as a barre. This is not BARRE.
