Despite making ~45k, I don't have any financial worries thanks to intentional living and an 8 month emergency fund. All my needs are met and I have most of my wants taken care of. I have a great partner, great friends, amazing family and a job I don't hate. I consider myself wealthier than most.

I'm an aspiring trader, and instead of diving into the market myself, I prefer learning from the experiences of others, especially with the hope of being prepared for the next bull run. What do you think of copy trading? Do people really make a living from it? I'm just looking for some reassurance. My goal is to build a healthy portfolio, aiming for at least $850, 000. Any reliable insights would be appreciated.

I think watching financial content on Youtube makes me feel behind the most, since most describe why everyone needs to be a millionaire by retirement and investing from age 20, or they’re not good enough. The “you should have this much by this age” type of videos are especially discouraging. But the truth is I’m debt free and able to pay all my bills, which means I’m richer than I ever used to be.

Remember. Billionaires pull up in their Superyachts in Monaco and get docked between multiple far larger yachts. All things are relative

You work for 42yrs to have $2m in your retirement, Meanwhile some people are putting just $20k in a meme coin for just few months and now they are multi millionaires I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life

My original retirement plan was to retire at 62, work part-time, and save money. However, high prices for everything have severely affected my plan. I'm concerned if people who went through the 2008 financial crisis had an easier time than I am having now. The stock market is worrying me as my income has decreased, and I fear I won't have enough savings for retirement since I can't contribute as much as before.

These are very valuable info for anybody who wants to get rich. Unfortunately, most people who will watch this video will not really be able to apply the knowledge embedded in it. We may not want to admit, but as Warren Buffett once said, investing is like any other profession-- it requires a certain level of expertise. No surprise that some people are losing a lot of money in the bear market, while others are making hundreds of thousands in profit. I just don't know how they do it. I've got $110k set aside to put in the market.

As a millennial I don't feel rich even tho I'm doing better than most is because the goal post to affording a home keeps moving and not just by small Increments.

Is 30% enough to reach financial independence or early retirement? I am 28 and i make about 250K a year.

$20 doesn’t have the same effect as when you were a kid, because of purchasing power erosion, and you now have to pay for WAY more, your life isn’t subsidized by your parents anymore. It’s not just a “physiological” phenomenon. I felt rich in college when I had no debt, no kids, college was paid for by the military, and I made about $2, 000/month from my military benefits and duties.

Thank you so much for this video because I was starting to feel so depressed. How can o have so much ‘money on paper(in terms of assists) but not being a ale to afford the things I want and constantly stressing about money. This video really helped ❤. Coz I make a quite a lot of money but somehow the business eats up most of it again through constantly re-investing back in to it.

It's February the 15th, 2025 and from your clip @ 3:41, I just figured that I am "assets/investments poor". I literally have $1.28 in my checking account BUT have $92k tied up in my 401k and brokerage accounts. As for me, your advice @ 8:48 of comparing myself to myself 5 years ago is eye opening. I never thought of that and in fact, I AM doing better than the version of myself 5 years ago. Healthier, a somewhat stable career, finances are ok and improving each month.

Thanks for your digestible content and keeping it short. 🤝
