I’m 32 and have over £100k, I manage to save £30-£35k per year
And put all of it in savings bonds and make 5% per year. I’m hoping to get to 200k soon to be able to buy a run down property to renovate, sell and repeat the process. I can buy a house outright and renovate without borrowing money from the banks, and all the money I make is mine and I can make £25-£30k pre tax profit on each house I sell
