I love all these tips. I hate running, but I've made a habit of walking every other day. I love my layers and gloves, and always bring my water bottle. If it's a cold day, my bottle is full of hot tea (just the teabag, no sugars). Otherwise, it's cold tea.
Your tips are a little early, but still appreciated, here in NJ, USA. Our winter is around January and February.

Base layers from Costco are both excellent and inexpensive. My outer layer is Old Navy, which also works well and is inexpensive.

Can you do one for the moderately cold but constant rain if you haven't already? 😭 I'm in the PNW of the US after living in Southern California, it's gorgeous but appears to rain for literally 6 straight months here, it's so unmotivating.

i don't live in canada, but in another winter-winter country: all of our roads and paths are covered in snow, so it's impossible to run, even if i wanted to (-25 C at times)
