I remember doing this when I was ROTC in highschool with our uniforms. It is a amazing hack. Just make sure to use bands you can disconnect so you don’t cut off circulation

If you really wanna do this, I suggest just getting boot bands. They wont break as easily and also they're for long time use.

as a 5’10 girl i can say i have never once had this problem, but i would literally do anything for trackpants that are long enough and then aren’t HUGE on my waist

Um i do not recomend you to that bc the blood flow/circulation will be stoped and you may turn pale and it can cause many problems so dont do that if your pants are big just fold down the elastic it works for me sometimes

Guys use a cloth scrunchie those don’t cut your circulation off and they are soft
