How to Check SSD Health in Windows 10

With fewer moving parts, SSD's are much lighter, use less power, and are generally more durable and reliable than mechanical hard drives. The only catch is that they’ve got a limited read and write cycle, so they do still go bad eventually. If you own one, you may want to check up on your SSD’s overall health. On windows, this is fairly easy! Here’s how you can do it!

For those saying do not defrag. Optimizing isn't defraging. At least not for SSDs. When you click the optimize button it will do things accordingly to a SSD or a HDD. So don't worry about it at all, you're not breaking anything
