So I work 7 days a week. Now I’m working and listening to you. In between I cook or clean. After I clock out I workout for 45 mins, then I read, pray and be in bed by 10. I don’t watch tv. I don’t miss it. I think time time management, prioritization is essential in getting the right things done.

I just had to pause the video at the part you mentioned that you have trouble with getting enough sleep because you have a very active brain especially at night. This is something I battle with myself which is why I sleep with white noise at night to quiet my mind and fall asleep in 5 minutes.
