To be fair Reddit's video player requires, sometimes literal, magic to work consistently.

Being real for a moment, this channel truly stands out among the LTT channels.

Jonathan's cinematography truly shines in these videos to where they each feel special, and showing both the good and bad when it comes to Apple's products.

I went from an iPad Air 2 to the iPad Pro 11" 2021 last year. It was such a needed upgrade for performance but mainly because I've been using it for school and I love using it as my notebook and textbook. I got the Pro over another Air because the price difference after upgrading was so small and I felt 120 Hz would bring a way better-writing experience. And when turning 120 Hz off, I can definitely tell the difference when writing, it is just not as natural. Also, I wasn't able to go all into using an iPad as my only computer because there were some apps and even websites that only worked on a computer/Chrome for my schooling (Engineering).

So I've been a pc guy most of my life, and as such, I'm a big fan of the LMG channels. I recently got converted to Mac for video editing and general productivity and this is the first MA video I've clicked on. And I have to say, the delivery in this video is absolutely insane. So glad I clicked. Excellent work👌🏼

Horst is one of the best writers at ltt. We see all the videos and we enjoy all of them, but the amount of work that Horst has with this channel, with the camera angles, the "documentary" alike video and all of the places that he films in just one video it's just amazing.
Good job LTT team!

This channel has really come into its own. When I first saw it, I must admit I was skeptical that anyone in the LMG Company could cover Apple products fairly and while being entertaining. This video I think it’s the best of the best, feeling like a friendly conversation about the state of the iPad, with top-notch, clear information, and amazing cinematography. I’m very impressed by the teams work and I’m looking forward to more. I also feel that MAC address participates the least in the Tech arm race, which has plagued the rest of the tech world

I love the different point of view(s) that this video presented, it gave what Jonathan is talking about some real texture. As I don't like tablets in general, I wouldn't bother with any of these....but it also made me actually think about wanting to try one which seriously surprised me. Great job, Jonathan, I'm really loving this channel!

Been running my 2018 iPad Pro and was considering upgrading - but I see now it’s not worth it (yet). Thank you for the great video! Superb explanations and very logical rankings.

Don't let this show go away. It's definitely your best content at the time. Great content, script and production.

As usual, Andy and Jon, you two kill it.

Part of the emerging group. I have two. Mini 6 and the M1 12.9. The former for note taking and daily business related functions. The latter for content consumption when I want to give my 13 PM a rest (Or my eyes). I only unsheathe my MBP for Final Cut stuff.

Neither are good at everything, but both are very good at something.

Definitely an ‘A’ tier video. Absolutely perfect as I too have a (Apple refurbished) 2018 iPad Prom 11” and was thinking of updating but having seen this vid and the usage scenario then I’ll be keeping it. It was actually the best tech purchase that I ever made with this now being my only device (having replaced my MacBook).
Great vid and Nicole’s input was great. Many thanks 🙏. Subbed 👍👏🏻

I’ve actually been considering an iPad for a while, so this video came at a perfect time.

When I first saw this channel I thought it was independent and was pleasantly surprised when I found out it was part of LMG.

The videos you produce are very clean and visually appealing, you have truly capture the aesthetics of Apple in your videos. Also Jonathon produces some of the best LMG videos due to his creativity and ingenuity, at the same time keeping it all so sleek.

I ended up going with the 256gb 5th gen Air over the 128gb 11" Pro. At the end of the day both offered Apple Pencil 2 and Magic Keyboard support in the same size, so it came down to ProMotion/refresh rate versus price and storage. My iPad is very much a secondary device, so I just don't need those extra features. It's actually replacing a much-loved Lenovo Yoga 900 which was my daily driver laptop during grad school, but gradually became relegated to a casual web browsing and youtube/twitch in bed device as I got an employer-provided laptop for work and upgraded my gaming desktop. Now that work travel is picking back up again, I needed a light device with good battery life which I could bring along with my work laptop for personal use. The new Air really fits that niche perfectly--for light web browsing, social media, video streaming, etc, it's more than sufficient and I rarely notice the lower refresh rate. I might feel differently if I were in a creative profession and using my iPad as a primary work device, but I feel like the Air really does everything I need it to and will for several years.

Currently on a 10.5” iPad Pro which I’ve been using for 3 years, the new Air would be the perfect upgrade for me if I were to, but the lack of ProMotion is something I’m not sure about. I’ll probably hang onto this iPad though until iPadOS support is dropped as upgrading isn’t much of a priority right now for me, I’d rather upgrade my phone first

As a non apple user with no interest in getting an iPad, I still found this video very interesting and well produced. I really enjoyed the pacing and video style

This video was perfect for me, being someone who is looking at buying an Ipad for the first time. I appreciate the detail in which these devices have been explained, and I also compliment you guys on the elegant style of the video as well. Thanks =).
