I love seeing Ryan JR out there now. I fell like he plays a huge roll to the crew with making sure the things your are asking “ACTUALLY” get finished/done. He definitely has higher expectations being the boss son so he’s held to a higher standard!!!! He’s doing great and has a great head on his shoulders!!!! I feel like it makes a huge difference puts your at ease having him there because he’s very dependable!!!!
