Easy Way to Mix Concrete by Yourself

How to best mix concrete when working by yourself. I like to use 80-pound bags of premixed concrete which are heavy and difficult to mix by hand. On a larger project a concrete barrel mixer may be worthwhile however I think these work best with a crew of workers. I recommend using a large, high torque drill and a big bucket to mix concrete.
