Yes, no block is unbreakable other than bedrock. We clearly didn't forget end portal frame.
Also powdered snow doesn't naturally spawn.

Edit: After checking Minecraft wiki, O found out powdered snow spawns naturally in 1.18. I apologize for not knowing that.
