Most of the blocks in this list are either still in the game's code and can be given through inventory editors, are from April Fools snapshots so they don't count as they were never intended to be added to the base game, still exist but have a different texture or name, or are blocks from the biome vote which Mojang stated that all the biomes and their blocks in the vote would get added eventually

The red walls are called border blocks and don't let any entity pass through them on any Y level
Most of blocks are from the april fools snapshot called 20w14infinite.
The netherite stairs are called swaggiest stairs ever
And heat blocks, hardened glass, border blocks, underwater TNT, colored and underwater torches are all from Education Edition
