This is a short for Poppy Playtime Chapter 4 by Mob Entertainment where we find out who Kissy Missy truly is!

Poppy Playtime is an episodic horror video game developed and published by American indie developer Mob Entertainment. The player takes the role of a former employee of toy-making company Playtime Co., who revisits its abandoned toy factory 10 years after its staff's disappearance.

Before becoming the resident toy security guard, Experiment 1170 or Huggy Wuggy was and is the ONLY toy to actually escape Playtime Co's confines! And this is how he did it!

At 10:27PM, June 18 1992. Huggy uses the vents to find an open delivery bay door which it proceeds to escape from. Two staff members witness this and hit the emergency alarm.

The female counterpart of Huggy Wuggy, is believed to be titled Experiment 1172 due to this note detailing how 'she' deals with high levels of stress and a sense of impending doom!

This led to Kissy Missy being transferred on August 8th 1995 to Playcare for an 'unknown reason' hmmm

In released footage of the relocation guide, we see some of the steps telling us to 'Release the straps' But Why?

Well, at 11:00 Kissy Missy proceeds to take part in the hour of joy by killing 3 workers. Yet oddly, at 11:14AM she returns to her spot motionless as though she didn't want to do it in the first place.

Kissy Missy proceeded to wander the abandoned factory for 10 years while only finding refuge in an orphanage room where she looks longingly at a photo of a yet to be identified young girl.

Knowing that Kissy Missy tries to help the player and even try to save us siding with Poppy. Do you think Kissy Missy is good or bad?

She’s literally a young girl in a like 10ft tall toy’s body, so she’s friendly no matter what. I saw another video on this, she’s always curled up to her knee’s when sat down and stuff

I feel like kissy wasn't as violent as huggy but she was also fed up like the rest if them and took it out on the workers in the hour of joy.She probably went back to her spot after to just sit down after all that before roaming around.Most of the time thats what we see her to, she will walk around and then curl up somewhere unless she is with people she trust and will help, she trusted the player so she helped when she could, especially after poppy left them both to die, she only had the player left so she tried to save them but her arm came off.

I think a lot of monsters in poppy play time are misunderstood. Kissy Missy is definitely one of them sure she helped off folks but she's one of the more sweeter monsters who help you out throughout the game not needing too but I feel like she wants to finally be free like the rest of the toys who got trapped in there for so long. Being alone in an abandoned building for 10years would drive anyone mad, trying to protect yourself from the evil monsters and having to find food while also not being able to leave. That's a lot to go through! I'm still sus about Poppy and her plans but Kissy Missy I trust she seems like a good friend even if she is a toy monster now.

In my opinion (and a little bit of theorizing) she just pushes the workers away, while it still could have injured them i dont think she had indent to kill them. As for the the workers not being there when shes back, anything other monster could of killed/ dragged away/ eat them. And why did she return? (my opinion) She might’ve looked for a safe place to hide during the hour of joy or see what was going on to later decided it was best to come back there for her own safety.

She was a part of the experiments which transfered her into a monster. In the hour of joy, her monster spirit came into action so she killed the worker. But her soul being a kind girl, realised her mistake and started helping us.

Kissy is the most kind soul in the game. She’s always there to help and prevent us from dying. She’s been through so much, especially her best friend, Poppy, abandoning her.

I think she might have some sort of PTSD or trauma, which is why she regretted hurting those workers and often hugs herself. Trying to keep herself from losing control around the player.

I think Kissy Missy is our one and only ally in the hellish depths of Playtime Co. because Poppy’s betrayed us twice, left us to die, etc. Kissy Missy on the other hand, helped us survive, and tried to help keep us from falling but ultimately lost her arm in doing so. I have a feeling that our next chapter will pertain to offing Huggy Wuggy, Poppy, or ultimately, Prototype, or hell, why not all three?
