You should take a look at Covert Cabal, he's been tracking the Russian armoured vehicle parks via satellite images. Many of these are now pretty much empty.

I wonder if one of the main reasons why the USSR was such a formidable military threat in its day was because they had Ukraine on their side. This makes the Ukraine-Russia War seem almost like a Red Army civil war, with the brains on one side and the muscle on the other.

About cannibalization: usually each type of vehicle has particular part that are weaker than other, and on a aged fleet, that mean a lot of that particular part broken, potentially grounding all the fleet if you don't have a other way than cannibalization to supply that part.

Paul needs to look at Covert Cabal videos to get a clearer understanding. Nothing he said is really incorrect, but Covert Cabal is far more accurate. The Russians' biggest weakness is their tanks are in really bad condition requiring more time to refurbish them. The Russian replacement rate is about 600 refurbished and 300 new tanks per year. The Russians are on pace to lose 1800-2000 tanks this year. They have about 1500 working tanks including damaged+older T. 54+55+62 tanks. These older tanks have limited military value. Paul should think that Russian tank force as a gradually weakening force rather than something that is going run out.
