Power out in parts of Lviv after Russian airstrikes

Ukrainian officials say power has been cut in parts of Lviv after Russian airstrikes targeted electrical substations that power the railway network. It was the largest attack on the western city since the start of the invasion.

When NATO took out Serbia's power grid, in 1999, they capitulated. Russia seems to be moving in that direction. It is hard for a modern country to function with no power.
