The amount of motivation in this video is simply amazing! With incredible heat, sore muscles and having done another exercise before, I was able to finish it, sweat drpping off my neck and forehead, arms shaking, oh yeah! The view of your ex garden is lovely so, even more motivated, weights increased to 2, 7kg. You're great, Rebecca, thank you ! 😘
