I was at expo west too! Was such a great time and kinda overwhelming. The Impossible hot dogs were kinda scary with how much they tasted like meat. And the YoEgg poached eggs were INSANE! (Also I saw you there but didn’t say hi hahaha)

Just try to take it easy on the junk food. Fight temptation and make your junk food last for at least a month. I dont know much about your life, but I am beginning think you may not be into health food. At your young growing age you should take that seriously.
