I would be looking at Carson or Nick Sanchez if I was Jr.!

If he gets the money. It will be Kyle Weatherman. I worked with Kyle at Mike Harmon Racing as his and Bayley Currey spotter. Good kid. I got him the ride at Jesse Iwuji Motorsports in 2022 because I knew the 34 crew chief at the time Jason Houghling. Jesse was missing a lot of races I suggest put Kyle in the 34 to help Jesse get the 34 in the points. So he did. Now Kyle is the Chevy sim driver for JR Motorsports and HMS while racing part time in Xfinity for various Chevy teams.

You will do good on this platform and your video ideas are great but if you invest in anything invest in a good mic. It will help.

Late model drivers tend to have a lot of success in nascar, so Carson Kvapil could be an intriguing option.

I think Daniel Dye might go to the 8 car in xfinity in 2024

My pick is Carson Kvapil because like Josh Berry he's been driving Jr's late model team quite a bit he's not as old he's only 20 years old but I feel like he's going to be up an Xfinity soon and I think this will be his opportunity so I think you should have some starts before he does this yes but one of my friends told me that a late model is kind of like an Xfinity car so it shouldn't be too hard for him to get used to it so I do think it's going to probably be Carson Kvapil.

Carson Hocevar is my pick for the JRM 8 car. Not sure who else would drive that car if they go for someone else.

Kyle Weatherman would have a lot of success in a good ride

Well, Daniel, after watching your video on the 10 drivers who could drive the #8 car for JR Motorsports in 2024, here's what I have to say: 1st, I strongly agree that Carson Hocevar is the leading candidate to replace Josh Berry behind the wheel of the #8 car next year. 2nd, I think Rajah should run another year in the truck series, but that depends since there's no telling what will happen with GMS Racing. 3rd, while Carson Kvapil also sounds like a good choice, I wonder if Dale Jr. could have him run some races in the Xfinity Series before making a decision. And finally, as for the other drivers, they're longshots in my opinion. Well, let me hear your thoughts on my comment, bud and keep up the great work!

These names show how sadly Nascar has destroyed the old BGN North And West series and now ARCA. PASS, ACT, ETC has been the place where the best drivers (not rich kids) have come from. ARCA East/West is where you have money and go knowing you almost can't loose instead of competing in a real series like they used to.

Spire may put Carson in 77 Cup next year

Rajah isn’t ready for Xfinity

I’d like to see Kvapil make some starts part time, or run trucks first

Marty D is a good veteran but lack of sponsorship and considering Allgaier is still there it’d be hard for JRM to justify putting money up to run him

Weatherman is my pick, but like Matt needs sponsorship to get ride. This is one driver though I could see Dale make investment and give him shot. Like you said this guy would win in that car

Layne Riggs is like Kvapil solid but not ready

Sanchez is the third option behind Hocevar and Weatherman. I think he needs one more development year (I would hope he goes to KBM or Niece)

Eckes could go to RCR to replace Austin Hill or Sheldon Creed (I feel like Childress may put Hill in a third cup car next year he deserves it or dump Creed as he has not performed well enough)

I think Bayley Currey will be full time at Niece next year

Jeffrey Earnhardt is not talented enough to get ride considering other options

Dale Jr should drive it full time in XFINITY, not Cup. Relax before anybody goes off about Jr driving the NG. I said Xfinity not Cup

Either Daniel Hemric or Anthony Alfredo.

Alfredo previously drove for Jr in the CARS Tour and I think that it would be a great opportunity for him.

And with the rumors about A.J. Allmendinger going back to Xfinity, it's possible that we night see Hemric go back to a former team like JRM or RCR in hopes of finding a better rhythm much like his Xfinity performance in 2017-2018 and 2020-2021. And with the possibility that Austin Hill will go to Cup next year, that can also free up the No. 21.

So all in all, I see either one going to the No. 8 with JRM next year, and the who doesn't will go to the No. 21 with RCR.
